Learn the key Guestline Rezlynx PMS features used by reservations agents, including bookings, guest management, billing, and reporting.

Written by Xanthe Jackson

Guestline Rezlynx Property Management System (PMS) is a cloud-based platform that brings together reservations, guest management, billing, and reporting in one place. This guide covers the key areas you'll need on your first day, with links to detailed articles for each.

⚠️Important: Your property may have customised settings and permissions per role that affect what features you can see, which is managed by your Administrator.

Log in for the first time

Before logging in for the first time, your administrator must create your account and provide you with login credentials. We recommend setting up Passkey Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to ensure security for your site and guests’ information. This helps protect guest and property data.

Find your way around Guestline PMS

Guestline PMS includes a navigation menu, search tools and shortcut hotkeys that help you move around the system efficiently. Taking time to understand the layout will help you complete everyday tasks more quickly.

Use these resources to familiarise yourself with the platform:

Availability and bookings

The planner and availability provide a real-time view of occupancy, room availability, arrivals and departures. These screens are often the starting point for managing reservations and room allocations.

Manage reservations

You can create, amend and cancel reservations directly in Guestline PMS. Once a booking has been saved, you can update booking details, adjust rates and manage room allocations without creating a new reservation.

Check guests in

The check-in process confirms a guest's arrival and room allocation.

Manage room billing and check out

The check-out process settles outstanding balances and closes the reservation. Room billing allows you to manage guest charges, payments and adjustments throughout a stay. You can locate bills using a room number, booking reference or guest name.

Manage guest profiles

Guest profiles store important guest information, including contact details, stay history, preferences and marketing permissions. Keeping profile information accurate supports a better guest experience.
