Users can deny service to a guest in People profiles, triggering an on-screen warning if the profile is used for a direct reservation at your property.
However, profiles marked as Service Denied can still book online or through OTAs, as these bookings do not pull profiles directly from Rezlynx. To block a guest from booking through an OTA, you will need to contact the OTA directly.
