Update reservation status code colours
Changes to status code colours will affect all users and reservations, as shown on the planner.
To update the colour in which a reservation appears on the planner according to the status code, follow the steps below:
Navigate within Rezlynx to System, then within the System menu, select Ini settings.
Select Planner from the left-hand menu.
Select each status individually and amend the colour that is to be associated with it. You can also amend text style and colour as required.
📌 Note: Colours can also be updated here for rooms that are blocked for maintenance periods.
Click Update after each one.
Once all colours have been selected, scroll to the very bottom of the screen and click Update.
Updating housekeeping status code colours
To update the colours for housekeeping status codes, follow the steps below:
Navigate within Rezlynx to System , then within the System menu, select Status Codes.
Select Housekeeping rooms from the left-hand menu.
Edit the colour to be shown on the check-in screen by clicking the colour column on the right.
Once all colours have been set, click Save changes.
