Guestline Distribution Hub is a channel management system that connects your Guestline Rezlynx Property Management System (PMS) to online booking channels, distributing your availability, rates, and content to Online Travel Agents (OTAs) and other platforms. This guide covers the key areas you'll use day-to-day, with links to detailed articles for each.
⚠️Important: Your property may have customised settings and permissions per role that affect what features you can see, which is managed by your Administrator.
Log in
Before logging in for the first time, your administrator must create your account and provide you with login credentials. Distribution Hub can be accessed directly or via Guestline Rezlynx PMS. If your administrator has enabled Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), you'll be prompted to set this up when you first log in.

Secure your log in using Passkey Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
Channels and mapping
Distribution Hub connects your property to online booking channels including OTAs and third-party platforms. Mapping links your Guestline PMS rate plans and room types to each channel, controlling what availability and rates are distributed. Map room types and rate plans before they appear online.
Property content
Uploading images to Distribution Hub ensures your property's listing displays correctly across all connected channels. Upload images before your channels go live.
Rates
Distribution Hub pushes rate information from Guestline PMS to your connected channels in real time. Rate ceilings allow you to set a maximum threshold to prevent rates from being distributed above a set value.
Restrictions
Restrictions are rules that control when rate plans can and cannot be sold across your connected channels. They can be set in Guestline PMS, allowing you to close out availability for specific dates, days of the week, or rate plans.
Upsells
Upsells allow you to offer additional products or services at the point of booking, increasing direct revenue. Build products in Guestline PMS first, then distribute them via Distribution Hub.
Notification emails
Distribution Hub notification emails alert your team when reservations are received, modified, or cancelled via your connected channels. Notifications can also flag failed or warning deliveries, helping you identify and resolve issues quickly.
