Hotkeys sit in a row just below the search bar, giving you easy access to menu items with just one click.

You can add Hotkeys in the following ways:
Click the Pencil icon in the top right of the screen (just under your initials) to add a hot key
Click the Star icon in the top right of the screen (just under your initials) to add your current page as a hotkey.
Create Hotkeys
To create Hotkeys, follow the steps below:
Click on the pencil icon in the top right of the screen (under your initials).
Click Add Hotkeys.
A new entry is added at the bottom of the list, type the page to be added to your hotkeys. The list will be refined as you type. Select the page, and give it a Title.
Choose a colour (optional).
Click tick button, and then click Save.
Creating a Hotkey Group
To create a Hotkey group, follow the steps below:
Click on the pencil icon in the top right of the screen (under your initials).
Then you can either:
Click Add Group, or...
Drag one hotkey onto another
Add a Title for the group.
Choose a colour (optional).
Click tick button, and then click Save.
Edit Hotkeys and Hotkey Groups
To edit Hotkeys and Hotkey Groups, follow the steps below:
Hover over a Hotkey, and the Pencil/edit icon appears to the right.
Click the Pencil icon
Make the changes required, click tick button, and click Save.
🤓 Tip: You can arrange the icons by dragging them into the order you require.
Delete Hotkeys and Hotkey Groups
To delete Hotkeys and Hotkey Groups, follow the steps below:
Hover over a Hotkey, and the Bin icon appears to the right.
Click the Bin icon.
Click Save.
⚠️ Important: Note that when a hotkey group is deleted, the hotkeys within the group will also be deleted. If you intend to keep the individual hotkeys, you should first move them out of the group.
