Types of vouchers

Experience Vouchers

  • Linked to specific services such as spa treatments, dining experiences, or overnight stays.

  • VAT is applied at the point of sale.

Monetary Vouchers

  • Can be used for any service at the property.

  • Allows multiple redemptions until the balance reaches zero.

  • VAT is applied when the voucher is redeemed.
