Invite new users to your Guestvoucher account, assign appropriate roles and permissions, and manage existing user accounts including editing details and removing access.
Add a new user
β οΈImportant: A user can only grant access up to their own level or lower.
To create a new user, follow the steps below:
Navigate to Staff, then select Staff.
Click Invite New.
Enter the following information:
Email Address
Full Name
Role - based on the Role Management Table below:

4. Click Invite. The user will receive an email to complete setup by creating a password.
Manage Pending Invites
To manage pending new user invites, follow the steps below:
Navigate to Staff, then Invites.
Choose from the following options:
Re-send Welcome Email: Click the arrow icon.
Delete Invite: Click the bin icon.
Managing Existing Users
Edit User
To edit users, follow the steps below:
Navigate to Staff, then Invites.
Click the pencil icon next to the user.
You can:
Change name, email or role.
Force a password change on next login.
Click Save or Update Password to apply changes.
Delete User
To delete a user, follow the steps below:
Navigate to Staff, then Invites.
Click the bin icon. The user is instantly deleted and cannot be reinstated.
