Refund a Voucher in GuestVoucher
⚠️Important: Before processing a refund, verify the refund policy to avoid any issues. Refunds cannot be reversed.
To refund a voucher in GuestVoucher, follow the steps below:
Navigate to the order by clicking Orders in the menu, or use the Search Box to locate the order by:
Customer name.
Order ID.
Scroll down to Order Items and locate the voucher you want to refund.
Click the Actions button to open a dropdown menu.
Select Refund to process the refund.
Confirm the refund.
Refunded items will appear at the bottom of the order page for reference.
