Key information about voucher emails
Order confirmation can take up to 10 minutes to receive.
Email addresses used for sending:
Ireland and EU: [email protected]
Notifications: [email protected]
Enable notifications for all orders by going to: Settings, Advanced Settings, then Order notification mode. Change the setting to Always.
Users will need to check their spam and junk folders.
You cannot see a list or log of emails that have been sent.
Resend a voucher email
To edit a voucher number, follow the steps below:
Navigate to Orders.
Locate the order using one of these methods:
Click Orders in the menu, or
Use the Search Box to find the order by name, order ID, or voucher number.
Once you have located the voucher, click the eye icon.
Ensure the customer's email address is correct before re-issuing the voucher.
Scroll down to Order Items, click Actions and then select Resend Voucher Email.
