Ways to redeem
GuestVouchers can be redeemed in the following ways:
Online by customers.
Handled by staff through the GuestVoucher back-office system.
Handled by staff through the Guestline Rezlynx PMS for room billing.
Handled by staff through Newbridge POS system using monetary or experience vouchers.
Handled by staff through Guestline POS system or Access POS using monetary vouchers.
⚠️Important: Once a voucher has been redeemed this cannot be reversed or changed.
Redeem vouchers in GuestVoucher back office
To redeem vouchers in Guestline Rezlynx PMS, follow the steps below:
Navigate toSell & Redeem, then select Redeem.
Enter the voucher number, or search for a voucher.
🤓Tip: If invalid voucher is shown on screen, check each character entered to ensure it is correct.
Click Check& Redeem.
Redeem based on the voucher type:
Monetary Voucher: Enter the amount to be redeemed. Click Redeem to confirm.
Experience Voucher: Select the Revenue Centers you wish to use. Once selected, clickRedeem Selected.
Confirmation of the redeemed voucher shows on screen.
Redeem vouchers in Guestline Rezlynx PMS
To redeem a voucher in Guestline Rezlynx PMS, follow the steps below:
Navigate to Guest Journey, then select Billing, then select Room Billing.
Use the drop-down menu to locate the correct room bill.
Ensure the bill is correct, then click Redeem Voucher.
Type in the Voucher Code, then click Check.
Check the voucher details and select the required voucher. When ready to proceed, click Redeem, as shown below:
Confirmation is shown on screen. The room billing will show a line with the voucher name, voucher code, and value removed.
