Enhance your brand presence in GuestVoucher in a variety of ways, including by customising your sub-domain, logo, banner image, colours, and more. These settings help personalise your voucher store, maintain a consistent brand identity, as well as creating seasonal aesthetics.

Update Website and Branding in GuestVoucher

To update website and branding configuration, navigate to Settings, then select Website & Branding.

You can update the following website and branding features:

Sub-Domain

  1. Create your company’s personalised sub-domain, used to access your voucher store.

  2. Click Save.

Logo

To update this feature, follow the steps below:

  1. ClickBrowse for file and select an image to upload your company logo. This will be displayed on your selling website.

  2. Click Save.

Banner Image

To update this feature, follow the steps below:

  1. Click Browse for file and select an image to upload a banner image for the top of your voucher website.

🤓Tip: If using text in the image, keep it within the center 480px for proper mobile device display.

  2. Click Save.

Colours

To update this feature, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on a primary or secondary colour.

  2. Choose the required colours, using the RBG codes, for the site theme.

  3. Click Save.

Website Editor

⚠️Important: If this option is not visible, contact support to activate this feature.

To update this feature, follow the steps below:

Favicon

📌Note: Favicons are small icons displayed on browser tabs, and alongside results in browsers.

  2. Click Save.

CSS Override

⚠️Important: We do not support the creation of any CSS coding.

To update this feature, follow the steps below:

  1. Enter custom CSS in the override box to adjust layout.

🤓 Tip: Use !important for rules that must take precedence.

  2. Click Save.

You can use CSS override with your web developers to:

  • Customise colours, fonts, and layout to match your website.

  • Remove monetary value display using CSS.

  • Hide banner images if desired.

Other Considerations

  • No option to add a T&C tab on the main page. This can be added to the footer of the GuestVoucher page by going to Settings, Company profile, and then you can optionally add in your websites’ T&C's URLs or your Privacy Policy URL.

  • The basket page background image cannot be customised. However you can reduce the size of the header by navigating to: Settings, Website & branding, Website Editor, then select Checkout header display options.

  • WordPress CSS overrides are not compatible.
