You can add delivery options in GuestVoucher in a few simple steps.

Add delivery options in GuestVoucher

To add delivery options to GuestVoucher, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Settings, then select Delivery Options.

  2. Click Add to create a new delivery option and fill in the following fields:

    • Name – This will appear for your customers.

    • Description – Use this to describe the service to your customer.

    • Type – Choose from:

      • Online email delivery

      • Post

      • Collection

    • Schedulable -

      • Yes: Customer can select a date for email or postal delivery.

      • No: Delivery happens immediately.

    • Price – Enter the amount you want the customer to pay for this service.

    • Available in Shop-

      • Yes: Customers can select this option online

      • No: Only staff can use this option via the back office

    • Price Type – Per order or per voucher on that order

    • Tax Rate – Select the correct tax rate for this delivery option

  3. Optional step, you can outsource fulfilment to an external company:

    • Select the fulfilment method and click Submit.

    • A notice will be sent to the provider with your contact details.

    • They will send a quote for you to accept or reject.

    • Once accepted, fulfilment becomes the provider's responsibility.

    • Active fulfilment agreements will appear under Fulfilment Agreements.

  4. Click Save.

⚠️Important: If you add a new delivery method after go-live, you will also need to complete the PMS mappings for this delivery method to ensure proper integration with the PMS.


Manage delivery options

To edit a delivery option, click the pencil icon to edit. Make any changes and click Save.

To delete, click the bin icon. The delivery option is instantly deleted.
