Expiry settings
Expiry dates are set during voucher creation.
Prior to the expiry date, you can change the voucher expiry date as many times as required.
Once expired, vouchers cannot be reinstated but complimentary vouchers may be offered at the hotel’s discretion.
Change voucher expiry date
⚠️Important: If the voucher has already expired, you cannot update the expiry date.
To change the expiry date on a voucher, follow the steps below:
Locate the order using one of these methods:
Click Orders in the menu, or
Use the Search Box to find the order by name, order ID, or voucher number.
Once you have located the voucher, select the eye icon to view the article.
Scroll down to Order Items.
Select the Actions button next to the voucher, then select Change Expiry Date.
Enter the new expiry date and click Update.
Click Actions, then select Regenerate PDF so the new date appears on the voucher.
Click Resend Voucher Email to send the updated voucher.
Handling expired vouchers
Expired vouchers cannot be reinstated or updated.
Complimentary vouchers may be offered at the hotel’s discretion.
Expired voucher values are posted to revenue centres based on PMS mapping.
Use the Expired Voucher Report to track expired vouchers for accounting purposes.
