Guestline GuestVoucher: Create revenue centres

You can create revenue centres in Guestline GuestVoucher in a few simple steps.

Revenue centres are used for experience vouchers to ensure the correct revenue is allocated to the correct department.

Create a new revenue centre and map to Guestline PMS

Step 1: Create revenue centre in GuestVoucher

To create revenue centres, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Settings, then select Revenue Centres.

  2. Click Create New and fill in the following fields:

    • Name – Internal name for the revenue centre.

    • Mapping Code – PMS analysis code or enter 0 if not applicable.

    • Product Code – Used for Newbridge product codes or enter 0 if not applicable.

    • Tax Rate – Select the correct tax rate for this revenue centre.

  3. Click Create to save the revenue centre.

Step 2: Create the analysis code in Guestline PMS

If it does not already exist, you can create an analysis code within the Guestline PMS to mirror the new revenue centre using our guide Create an analysis code.

Step 3: Map the revenue centre to Guestline PMS

To update Guestline PMS mapping, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to GuestVoucher.

  2. Navigate to Settings, then select PMS Mappings.

    ⚠️Important: If you do not see this option, the sales integration is not activated. Contact support to assist with activation.

  3. Configure the mappings:

    • Default Mappings – Used for monetary sales.

    • Revenue Centre Mapping – Used for experience vouchers.

  4. Once you are happy with your mapping setup, click Save Configuration.

⚠️Important: If you do not have these options, you may need to contact an Administrative user to complete these actions for you.

To edit a revenue centre, click the pencil icon and edit as required.

To delete, click the bin icon.
