Introduction to Insights

Guestline Insights centralises core datasets such as Bookings and Revenue into a flexible yet powerful engine delivering reporting, business intelligence and analytics capabilities.

By centralising data from our PMS and Distribution platforms, we’ve made it easier to slice and dice key business data into reporting that directly informs strategic and tactical decision-making.

Our core portfolio of Pickup & Cancellation reporting is focused on giving management and back-office teams simple yet flexible reporting on what’s happening across their business, as well as the pace of new business generation. Guestline Insights is accessible with a single login to the Guestline platform, putting data at our clients’ fingertips – whether you’re working from home, at the office, or even while travelling. Data is visualised clearly and concisely so that trends are made apparent and year-over-year benchmarking can be accomplished at a glance.

Data coverage

Insights currently reports across the following datasets:

  • Bedroom bookings & room nights.

  • Bedroom Cancellations.

  • On the books Bedroom Revenue, including from Cancelled and No-show bookings.

  • Actual posted revenue from any booking type or posting method in Rezlynx PMS.

  • Bedroom stock.

  • Room maintenance windows.

Insights does not currently support reporting on the following datasets:
