Find a voucher
To locate an order, use one of these methods:
Click Orders in the menu, or
Use the Search Box to find the order by name, order ID, or voucher number.
Once located, you can then:
Check the value of the voucher - further down in this article.
View imported vouchers
During a go-live for a site, vouchers may have been imported from a previous system.
To view imported vouchers, follow the steps below:
Navigate to Design & Create.
Select Imports.
📌Note: All imported vouchers will usually start with IMP- as the voucher reference.
Checking the balance of a voucher
To check the balance of a GuestVoucher, follow the steps below:
Navigate to Sell & Redeem.
Enter the voucher code in the search box.
Click Check & Redeem. The system will display the current balance of the voucher.
