You can sell vouchers directly from your back office for telephone sales, in-person transactions, or when issuing complimentary vouchers to guests or charities.
To sell a voucher via GuestVoucher back office, follow the steps below:
Navigate to Sell & Redeem.
Browse or search for the voucher you want to sell.
Click Add to add the voucher to the basket.
Personalise voucher by adding To, From, and Add a message.
Click Create Order.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the purchase, including:
Enter customer details.
Enter marketing preferences.
Confirm delivery option.
Select payment method.
If paying by:
Credit card: click Proceed To Payment. Complete the payment details to process a payment, then clickPay. Payment will be confirmed on screen.
Cash : click Complete Order.
Once completed, a summary is shown on screen. Click hyperlink to view and print the voucher if required.
