To deactivate or activate a voucher, follow the steps below:
Locate the order using one of these methods:
Click Orders in the menu, or
Use the Search Box to find the order by name, or order ID.
Scroll down to Order Items.
Select the Actions button next to the voucher, then select:
Deactivate voucher to immediately deactivate the voucher.
Activate voucher to immediately deactivate the voucher.
