You can re-issue a lost voucher to a customer in a few simple steps.

To edit a voucher number, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Orders.

  2. Locate the order using one of these methods:

    • Click Orders in the menu, or

    • Use the Search Box to find the order by name, order ID, or voucher number.

  3. Once you have located the voucher, click the eye icon.

  4. Ensure the customer's email address is correct before re-issuing the voucher, especially if this was the cause of the lost voucher.

  5. Scroll down to Order Items, then click the Actions button and select Re-issue Lost Voucher.

  6. Confirm you want to generate a new voucher number for the customer, making the old voucher invalid. The new voucher will be sent automatically.
