Edit a voucher number
To edit a voucher number, follow the steps below:
Navigate to Orders.
Locate the order using one of these methods:
Click Orders in the menu, or
Use the Search Box to find the order by name, order ID, or voucher number.
Once you have located the voucher, click the eye icon.
Scroll down to Order Items, then click the Actions button and select Issue Gift Card.
Type in the new voucher number, or if you are using swipe cards, swipe the card while on this page—the system will automatically enter the code specific to that card.
Click Update to save the changes.
Regenerate and resend
After editing, you must regenerate the PDF so the updated details appear on the voucher:
Click Actions, then select Regenerate PDF.
Check the new voucher number is showing as expected.
Click Actions, then select Resend Voucher Email.
The customer will receive the updated voucher with the new details.
