Mapping is the linking together of rate plan and room information across systems, to ensure the flow of rate plan information to guests and to ensure rate plan booking information flows to the property. Mapping is a vital step when selling online as mapping creates a connection from the rate plan from Rezlynx to Distribution Hub and then out to the channel.
