This article will enable you to manage the mapping of your own rooms and rates between Rezlynx, Distribution Hub and HOTELPARTNERYM.
You should complete this process whenever you create a new HOTELPARTNERYM room mapping or rate plan mapping. After creating the mappings, you'll also need to send a resynchronisation to ensure HOTELPARTNERYM receives the latest availability, rates, and restrictions.
Step 1: Add room and rate mappings
Create the room and rate conversions between Rezlynx PMS and HOTELPARTNERYM.
Open Distribution Hub.
Click Connections, then click Mapping.
You can also access Mapping by:
Opening Distribution Hub in Rezlynx PMS and clicking Connections, then Mapping.
Opening Channels in Distribution Hub and clicking Connections, then Mapping.
Select the required property.
Select HOTELPARTNERYM from the connection list.
Click the Room Rate tab.
Click Refresh.
Click Add Row.
Select the required rate plan from the PMS Rate list.
Select the required room type from the PMS Room list.
Enter the HOTELPARTNERYM rate code in Channel Rate.
Enter the HOTELPARTNERYM room code in Channel Room Type.
Select Not Managed if Distribution Hub should not send rates or restrictions for this mapping.
Repeat these steps for any additional room and rate combinations.
Click Save.
Confirm that default PMS codes are configured for unmapped reservations.
⚠️ Important:
A rate plan only appears in PMS Rate if it has been exposed to Distribution Hub in Rezlynx PMS.
HOTELPARTNERYM rate plans must not exceed a maximum length of stay of 28 nights.
You can find the maximum length of stay setting in the rate plan header in Rezlynx PMS.
Room types only appear if they are available on the selected rate plan.
Use Not Managed for derived rates where Distribution Hub should not control pricing or restrictions.
Step 2: Re-sync mapped rate plans
Send the newly mapped rates and restrictions from Rezlynx PMS to Distribution Hub.
Click System, then click Tools.
Click Re-sync.
In the Distribution Hub section, enter 30 in Nights.
Select Flex Rates.
Select Restrictions.
Select the rate plans you have just mapped.
Click Confirm.
📌 Note:
Rate plans only appear in Flex Rates if they use a flex rate table.
You can skip this step for static rate tables.
Contact the Support Team if you need a longer resynchronisation period.
⚠️ Important: Only perform a re-sync for newly mapped room types or rate plans.
Step 3: Verify daily rates
Confirm that rates are updating correctly in Distribution Hub.
Open Rates Per Day.
You can access this area by:
Clicking Distribution Hub, then Rates Per Day in Rezlynx PMS.
Clicking Configuration, then Rates Per Day in Distribution Hub.
Select the required property.
Select HOTELPARTNERYM in the channel filter.
Clear All Rate Plans.
Select the mapped rate plans.
Click Display.
Review the displayed rates.
⚠️ Important: Apply a price variance if the displayed rates do not match the required HOTELPARTNERYM pricing.
Step 4: Verify restrictions and availability
Confirm that availability and restrictions are updating correctly.
Open Restrictions Grid.
You can access this area by:
Clicking Distribution Hub, then Restrictions Grid in Rezlynx PMS.
Clicking Configuration, then Restrictions Grid in Distribution Hub.
Select the required property.
Select Channel.
Select HOTELPARTNERYM.
Verify that availability and restrictions are displayed correctly.
⚠️ Important: Apply Closure by Rate or Threshold Closure in Distribution Hub if additional restriction controls are required.
Step 5: Send a Distribution Hub resynchronisation
Send a full inventory, rate, and restriction update to HOTELPARTNERYM.
Open Resynchronisation.
You can access this area by:
Clicking Distribution Hub, then Resync in Rezlynx PMS.
Clicking Connections, then Resynchronisation in Distribution Hub.
Select the required property.
Select Channel.
Select HOTELPARTNERYM.
Set the From date to today's date.
Set the To date to 365 days in the future.
Select Inventory.
Select Rates.
Select Restrictions.
Select the newly mapped rate plans.
Click Start Resync.
⚠️ Important: Only perform a resynchronisation when creating new room mappings or rate plan mappings.
Step 6: Monitor updates
Use Monitoring to confirm that updates have been successfully processed.
Open Monitoring.
You can access this area by:
Clicking Distribution Hub, then Monitoring in Rezlynx PMS.
Clicking Monitoring in Distribution Hub.
Determine whether your HOTELPARTNERYM connection uses:
Standard monitoring checks.
New monitoring checks.
Standard monitoring checks
Click Temporarily view Standard Monitoring.
Confirm there are no red or amber indicators for Rates and Availability.
Check the Last Active timestamp.
Wait until processing completes.
Verify rates, availability, and restrictions in the HOTELPARTNERYM extranet.
📌 Note:
If the Last Active timestamp does not reflect the updates you sent, Distribution Hub is still processing the request.
New monitoring checks
Confirm there are no red or amber indicators for Availability.
Check the Last Updated timestamp.
Wait until processing completes.
Verify rates, availability, and restrictions in the HOTELPARTNERYM extranet.
📌 Note: If the Last Updated timestamp does not reflect your latest update, Distribution Hub is still processing the request.
Confirm the mapping
The room and rate mapping is complete when:
Rates appear correctly in Rates Per Day.
Availability appears correctly in Restrictions Grid.
No monitoring errors are displayed.
The HOTELPARTNERYM extranet shows the expected rates, availability, and restrictions.
Test reservations enter Rezlynx PMS correctly.
