Request for new Distribution Hub channel

To request a new Distribution Hub change, follow the steps below:

  1. Download new distribution hub channel document.

    📌Note: This document must be downloaded using the link above. Once downloaded it will open in an editable excel format.

    If you are requested more than one new connection, please complete this form separately for each new connection.

  2. Complete the document.

    📌Note: This document provides two examples to guide you into correct completion.

  3. Email the completed document to: [email protected]

⚠️Important: Guestline’s current lead-time for new connections is 2 weeks, however, we will always endeavour to complete the process as soon as possible and accommodate requested go live dates.

Although Guestline makes the best endeavours to ensure that the channel is setup correctly with your hotel’s rates and restrictions it is vital that you check that these meet your requirements once the channel is live, paying special attention to any key/event dates.
