To get the most out of your Standard C&B module, here are some tips and hints:
Quick view of functions today: Navigate to Home, and select the Functions tab. This gives a quick overview of the functions for the day and allows you to navigate to them quickly.
Quick Notes: You cannot use Quick Notes within this module, but you can free type notes into the notes tab or have notes automatically added to the function based on function type.
Function Proforma: Navigate to the Conference & Banqueting Diary, select the function you require a proforma for, and select Add Rooms. This opens a multi-room screen however you do not need to add any rooms, simply select Print and select Proforma.
List of functions: Navigate to Reports, Front of House, then select Guest List. Filter by list type, and select Booking Type: Function. Create the report as required, including selecting the Function Type and Description within Reservation Items and room types for specific function rooms if required. Refresh the report to view the report output.
List of upsells on functions: Navigate to Reports, Front of House and Product Distribution. This report can be used to view upsells added to present and future functions via the Upsells tab. Use the drop-down menus to select a product group or specific products. Once filters are set as required, select View to view the report output.
Function forecast revenue: Navigate to Reports, Revenue, then select Reservation Revenue. Select the date range required, and Reservation Type: Function and select View. The report output gives a breakdown of forecast nett reservation revenue by analysis codes.
Paylinks: Paylinks can be created to manually send a request to a guest for payment.
