Within Standard Conference & Banqueting (C&B), a function type is selected when creating a function. This article will help you to automate function booking notes when choosing a specific function type.
To create automated function booking note templates, follow the steps below:
📌Note: Only one template can be selected per function type, you may like to keep this in mind when creating the automated function notes templates.
Navigate to Rezlynx, System, System, and Template Editor.
Click Add New Template.
Select Function Booking Notes from the type drop-down menu at the top of the screen.
Name the template, making sure it is clear and will be understood when looking back at the template in future.
Fill in each tab within the default notes - each tab represents a Note box within the function booking.
Click Save Template at the top of the screen.
⚠️Important: Please remember to attach the templates into the Function Types.
