Within Standard Conference & Banqueting (C&B), a function layout is selected when creating a function and helps the onsite teams to arrange the function space and can be included within the Guest List report for functions.
To create a function layout, follow the steps below:
Navigate to Rezlynx, System, Codes & Rules, and Function Layouts.
Click New.
Free type the Function Layout Code.
🤓Tip: Code should be a maximum of 12 Characters, using an underscore for a space if needed.
4. Add the Description.
5.Click Save Changes.
⚠️Important: You are able to delete Function Layouts but it will not prompt you if they are present on existing bookings and so if deleted this may distort your reporting.
