This guide provides information on Guestline Insights Bedrooms report metrics and their equivalent data sources in Guestline Rezlynx PMS. Each section includes specific filter settings required for accurate data comparison.

Room Nights Sold

Rezlynx equivalent report and navigation to report:	Availability Screen Export. Navigate to: Guest Journey, Property, then Availability.
Rezlynx report filter setting:	Start/End Date range: Variable Days: Variable Order by: Any Property: Variable BK Status: Include only affecting availability status codes (variable) G/RB Status: Exclude all Include Overbooking: Yes Room types group: Bedroom
Rezlynx report column:	Total letting.
Instructions to aid comparison:	Directly compare rows or column totals to Insights.
PMS report is cross-property - in group mode:	Yes.
Exceptions:	-
Alternative reports:	Occupancy Report.
