Due to data protection, we cannot reset passwords for you. To reset another platform user's password, follow the steps below:
📌 Note: you can only reset another user's password if you have the user permissions to do so, if you do not, please contact your Admin User.
Navigate to the Platform Home Page (home.eu.guestline.app), click Users.
Locate the user in the list, then click the Pencil icon.
📌 Note: If the user cannot be found here, please navigate to User Set (System => User Set Up) up within Rezlynx to reset the password for a non-platform user.
Once within the users’ profile, scroll down to the Password Reset section.
Enter the details:
Password
Confirm Password
🤓 Tip: Passwords must be at least 8 characters long, containing an upper case (A-Z), lower case (a-z), numbers (0-9) and a special character (e.g.! @#$%^&*).
Give the Password to the user – they will be required to change this upon log in.
