To reset your platform user password from the Browser, follow the steps below:
From the browser, click Forgot Password.
Enter your email address, and click Send Reset Information.
Check your email (including Junk/Spam) for the email link. Please follow those instructions accordingly.
To reset your platform user password from the Platform Home page, follow these steps:
From the Platform Home Page (home.eu.guestline.app), click Don’t remember your password?
A new screen opens – enter email address, click Send Email.
