Due to data protection, we cannot delete users for you - please contact your admin user. To delete a platform user, follow the steps below:
📌 Note: you can only delete users if you have the user permissions to do so, if you do not, please contact your admin user.
On the Platform Home Page (home.eu.guestline.app), click Users.
Locate the user in the list, click the Pencil icon.
📌 Note: If the user cannot be located, navigate to User Set (System, then select User Set Up) up within Rezlynx to review and delete their account.
Click Bin icon on the right, and enter the email address of the user you are deleting.
Click Delete. It will then clarify if the deletion was successful.
📌 Note: The deletion of a user removes their access to the system – but not their previous activity within Rezlynx. Once deleted users’ cannot be reinstated.
