Guestline GuestVoucher is a secure online platform that allows guests to purchase vouchers for use at your property. It supports monetary and experience vouchers, integrates with Guestline Rezlynx Property Management System (PMS), and provides tools to customise your shop, manage sales, and report on voucher activity. This guide covers the key areas you'll use day-to-day, with links to detailed articles for each.
⚠️Important: Your property may have customised settings and permissions per role that affect what features you can see, which is managed by your Administrator.
Log in and navigate
Log in to GuestVoucher at app.guestvoucher.co.uk. User access is managed from within GuestVoucher.
Customise your shop
GuestVoucher provides a customer-facing shop where guests purchase vouchers online. You can customise the appearance of your shop including your sub-domain, branding, banner images, and colours. Advanced settings give you further control over shop behaviour, including security, email notifications, voucher redemption rules, and delivery options.
Vouchers
You can create two types of vouchers:
Experience Vouchers: Linked to specific services such as spa treatments, dining experiences, or overnight stays. Value Added Tax (VAT) is applied at the point of sale.
Monetary Vouchers: Can be used for any service at the property. Allows multiple redemptions until the balance reaches zero. VAT is applied when the voucher is redeemed.
Configure vouchers with type, status, expiry rules, and terms. Complimentary vouchers allow you to issue vouchers at no charge for gifting or charitable purposes.
Sell and redeem vouchers
You can sell vouchers directly from the GuestVoucher back office for telephone sales, in-person transactions, or when issuing vouchers manually to guests.

Discount codes
Discount codes allow you to apply promotions to vouchers at the point of purchase. Create and manage individual or bulk codes from the Design and Create menu.
Reports
GuestVoucher provides a range of reports covering sales, liability, redemption, and tax. Use these to monitor voucher activity and manage financial reconciliation.
Continue your learning
During onboarding, your site will be in test mode. Track your setup progress using the checklist in the Tutorials menu. Once you have completed all checklist items, your GuestVoucher specialist will be able to take you live and complete your integrations.
