You can streamline your guest experience management by accessing all GuestStay tools through the new centralised dashboard in a few simple steps.

What is the GuestStay menu

The GuestStay menu is your centralised menu for managing every aspect of your hotel's guest experience. Instead of navigating through multiple sections within Rezlynx PMS, the menu consolidates everything in a single, dedicated location.

To access the GuestStay menu, follow the steps below:

  1. Click Menu in the top left of the screen.

  2. Select GuestStay.

  3. You will see three main sections:

    • Overview - Performance insights dashboard.

    • Management - Guest requests and statistics.

    • Configuration - Upsells, branding, and functionality settings.


What is the GuestStay Dashboard

Use the GuestStay Dashboard to monitor your guest experience performance with intelligent scoring that provides actionable insights rather than just raw data. The dashboard identifies specific opportunities for improvement and tracks your progress across the entire guest journey, making it easier to know what actions to take compared to traditional reports.


How to Access and Use the GuestStay Dashboard

To access the GuestStay Dashboard, navigate within Rezlynx PMS to GuestStay, Overview then Dashboard.

Use the dashboard to:

  • Review your performance scores across different stages of the guest journey at the top of the screen.

  • Click on any metric to see specific improvement recommendations and key metrics.

  • Prioritise which areas need attention first.

  • Click to enable specific features.
