The Guest Portal offers an online platform for guests to review a reservation summary and modify their information.

This functionality is available subject to your GuestStay plan.


Accessing the Guest Portal

You can direct your guests to the Guest Portal in any of the following ways:

  • Manage My Booking button in the new confirmation emails

  • Manage My Booking button in DBM confirmation emails

  • GuestStay - Manage Booking tag can be used in Rezlynx templates

  • Share or embed link in emails you send or via your CRM - https://guest.eu.guestline.app/{YOUR_SITE_ID}

Upon visiting the Guest Portal, guests will see a page branded specifically for your property. Guests will be asked for their Reservation number, date of arrival, and date of departure to find their reservation and to access the Guest Portal.


Features available

Once guests have accessed the Guest Portal they will be able to complete the following actions:

  • Reservation Summary: Once guests have accessed the Guest Portal and selected Manage Reservation, Summary can be selected from the left-hand menu. The guest is then able to view a summary of their reservation.

  • Modify guest information: Once guests have accessed the Guest Portal and selected Manage Reservation, Guests can be selected from the left-hand menu. The guest is then able to modify their own guest details.
