What is Access Evo Feed?
Access Feed is a centralised information hub within the Access Evo button, designed to provide you with relevant updates, alerts, and notifications all in one place, helping you to manage your tasks effectively. Its purpose is to keep you informed about important updates and tasks that require attention, streamlining workflows and enhancing your productivity.
How to access Guestlines' Evo Feed
To access Guestlines' Evo Feed, follow the steps below:
Click the Access Evo button, located in the top-left corner in Guestline Rezlynx PMS.
Select Feed.
Review the feed items, or in the top right of the panel, click to view Archive feed items or Filter as required.
Mobile Access
Feed is available through the Access Evo mobile app with the same functionality as the desktop version, allowing you to get assistance wherever you are.
How Access Evo Feed integrates with Guestline Rezlynx PMS
For users of Guestline products, Feed currently displays:
Guest self-service requests submitted via GuestStay.
Bookings that have been created and are due to arrive within the next 48 hours.
Any bookings that have been created and attached to a Service Denied listed profile.
Notifications appear in the Feed showing the notification date, hyperlinks to useful resources and are fully actionable within the panel itself, without the need to open Guestline Rezlynx PMS.
How to accept or reject requests from Feed
Feed features actionable notifications for guest self-service requests from GuestStay.
To accept or reject requests within Feed, follow the steps below:
View the notification details within the Feed.
Review the guest request and any relevant information provided.
Click Accept to approve the request, or clickReject to decline.
Actions are reflected in Guestline Rezlynx PMS automatically without manual intervention.
Feed notifications
48-hour arrival notifications
48-hour arrival notifications: When a reservation is created and due to arrive within 48-hours, a notification will appear in Feed to alert users.
⚠️Important: Only users with the Edit Reservations permission in Guestline Rezlynx PMS will see these notifications in their feed. If you need access to these notifications within Feed, please contact your Administrator user on-site.
Purpose and benefits:
Receive notifications when reservations are created with arrival dates within the next 48-hours.
Helps your front desk team stay informed about imminent arrivals.
Provides advance notice for operational planning.
These notifications were not previously available within Guestline Rezlynx PMS.
Service Denied profile alerts
Bookings created and attached to a Service Denied profile:
When a reservation is made using a profile marked as Service Denied, a notification will appear in Feed to alert users not to allow service or accommodation to this guest.
⚠️Important: Only users with the Edit Reservations and Edit Users permissions in Guestline Rezlynx PMS will see these notifications in their feed. If you need access to these notifications within Feed, please contact your Admin user on site.
Purpose and benefits:
Immediately alerts users to potential issues.
Allows teams to take necessary action promptly.
Enhances security and risk management processes.
Provides proactive identification of problematic bookings.
GuestStay notifications
GuestStay notifications:
Amendments or requests made by the guest prior to, or at the point of, check-in via GuestStay self-service will appear in the Feed to alert users.
⚠️Important: Only users with the Edit Reservations permission in Guestline Rezlynx PMS will see these notifications in their feed. If you need access to these notifications within Feed, please contact your Admin user on site.
GuestStay notifications include various requests that guests submit through the GuestStay portal:
Date change requests.
Room upgrade requests.
Special accommodation requests.
Check-in modifications.
Users can manage requests from within Access Evo Feed or within Guestline Rezlynx PMS.
