Overview of the report
The Group Scan report is a detailed report outlining all groups and multi-room reservations. It is often used to view all groups and multi-room bookings that are due to arrive between specified date ranges, with numbers & projected revenue.
How to run the report
To run the report, follow the steps below:
Navigate to Rezlynx, Reports , Reservation, and then Group Scan.
Complete any of the following fields to return the information you require:
Groups: tick to show groups in the report output.
Multi Room: tick to show Multi-rooms in the report output.
Include Notes: tick to show any notes pulled in from the Group Notes on the front page of the group booking.
Arrival From and To: click to type date or select icon to search the calendar to select date
Order By: select from the drop-down for how the output should be arranged.
Show As: select from the drop-down to show in Nett or Gross values.
Booking Status: select from the drop-down menu, or leave blank to include all.
Once the fields are set as you require, click Refresh to view the report output.
Report output
The report output on screen is divided into Group and then Multi-room reservations. The results in each section are displayed in the order selected when running the report. The Group or Multi-room reference is a hyperlink directly to the group or multi-room front page. The output shows a summary of the group or multi-room, including: the earliest arrival date, the latest departure date, projected gross revenue by analysis codes, total projected gross revenue and the current booking status. The number of single occupants, multiple occupants, total guests and projected revenues are totalled at the end of the Group and Multi-room sections.
📌Note: For Group bookings, this report will show predicted values for rooms added via the Block tab but not yet Picked Up.

Report terminology
Single occupant: The number of rooms picked up with single occupants.
Double occupants: The number of rooms picked up with multiple occupants.
Accom Rev: The projected gross accommodation revenue, based on the analysis codes added against the Revenue Type selected within the analysis code set up.
F&B Rev: The projected gross Food & Beverage revenue, based on the analysis codes added against the Revenue Type selected within the analysis code set up.
Other Rev: The projected gross Other revenue, based on the analysis codes added against the Revenue Type selected within the analysis code set up.
Non-Revenue: The projected gross Non-Revenue, based on the non-revenue analysis codes added against the Revenue Type selected within the Non-Revenue analysis code set up.
Rev. Total: The total projected Gross revenue.
