Overview of the report
The Manager's Flash report is a daily report that provides users with an at-a-glance overview of the hotel's status. Covering a mixture of occupancy and revenue metrics, it compares the values for the previous day, week-to-date, month-to-date and year-to-date against the same periods for the previous year.
This report is generated for the previous date in two batches:
APAC sites: 2am UTC
Europe sites: 8am UTC (For UK sites, this is also affected by British Summer Time changes)
If the report is accessed prior to these times, a message is displayed confirming that the report is not available yet and to revisit the report again later.
The report is currently available in English and German and is displayed based on the users account settings.

Troubleshooting
Report is not available : The report is generated daily for the previous date. If the report is for the previous day, then the report may not have been generated yet, so please do return to the report later.
Last Year: data calculates periods by looking back 52 weeks instead of a full calendar year so that comparisons can be made to same weekdays, instead of same dates.
Difference to the values from last year compared to the Insights' manager flash report: Reports are not comparable by the exact date. The values are calculated according to the same time (same day in the week a year ago). You can see the data when you hover over the value with the mouse.
