Providing you have the correct user-level access to the configuration of the Rezlynx system, you can change room descriptions.
To ensure that historical and future reservations and availability are maintained, you need to request changes to the room ID or room type from our Professional Services team. The changes they can complete for you, include:
Add rooms or room types.
Delete rooms.
Change a room from one room type to another (including for Standard C&B function rooms).
Request a change
To request a change to a room ID or room type, follow the steps below:
Download the relevant document:
Non-Best Western customers: Room Stock Change Request.
Best Western customers: Best Western Room Stock Change Request.
Complete the document.
