The descriptions can be edited for room types and room IDs.
However, any changes to the Room ID or the Room Type Code are not possible without intervention from our technical services team via a room stock change request.
Edit room type description
To edit the room type description, follow the steps below:
Navigate within Rezlynx to System, then from the Codes & Rules menu select Room Types.
Select the room type you wish to edit from the menu box on the left of the screen.
🤓Tip: Click on the Arrows to expand the room type groups.
3. Edit the description box as required, and click Save.
Edit Room ID description
To edit the room id description, follow the steps below:
Navigate within Rezlynx to System, then from the Codes & Rules menu select Room.
Select the room ID you wish to edit from the menu box on the left of the screen.
