Guestline Direct Booking Manager: Request change of order for rooms on DBM

This article will help you to raise a ticket for requesting a change to the order of rooms on your DBM.

On the DBM you can set a specific room type order, this information does not come from within Distribution Hub and is currently only configurable within an area that Guestline employees can access.

If there is no Room Type order configured then the rooms will appear based on Rate pricing from Lowest to Highest.

To request the change of order for rooms on the DBM, follow the steps below:

  1. Download this document.

  3. Raise a new case with Support via the portal, and attach the completed document.
