Troubleshooting
Properties in a group: If your hotel is part of more than one booking engine or DBM, a dropdown will appear, allowing you to select a specific booking engine or view all of them aggregated together by default.
Is there a time limit on metrics? Data availability varies by metric, with some metrics having a longer of coverage of data than others. If no data is shown for your selected period, this could be due to no data being available, so we would recommend changing the search period.
What is the difference between guests and visitors? Guests are those who stayed on site with you, whilst visitors are those who visited your DBM site and may or may not have completed a booking.
Why does this report not match my Period End or Actual and Forecast reports? The DBM Guest Facing report is not comparable to your Period End or Actual and Forecast reports. This report focuses on total revenue or average values booked on the DBM website on a given day, regardless of when the guests will complete their stay in the future and rules out other booking sources focusing specifically on bookings made via the DBM.
