Guestline GuestStay: Kiosk - Create custom text on check-in

You can add a message to display on the kiosk once a guest has checked in via the Kiosk.

This functionality is available subject to the terms of your GuestStay plan.

Activation

To activate or deactivate this feature, follow the steps below:

  1. Within Rezlynx PMS, select Menu.

  2. Select GuestStay, then under Configuration select Functionality.

  3. Scroll down to Customise your guest's experience.

  4. Click into the Additional texts & content field.

  5. Add the message that you would like all guests to see following a successful check-in via a kiosk.

    📌Note: This message is static, it cannot vary depending on the guest and the allocated room.

  6. Click Submit.


How it works

Check-ins completed via the kiosk will see the text on the final page of the check-in process.
