Room Blocks are usually created when you want to sell those rooms online. If you are not selling the rooms online, via the Distribution Hub, then you might like to create a Group instead.

Adding existing bedrooms to a Room Block
To add an existing reservation to a Room Block, follow the steps below:
Navigate to the reservation.
In the Room & Rate section, select Use Room Block.
Search for the Room Block by References or Company.
Click Refresh to view the results, then select the Room Block to add the reservation to.
Click Use and confirm your choice.
Select Save to save the changes to the reservation.
Once successfully added, the Add to Block button will be replaced by Remove from Room Block, confirming that the reservation has been successfully linked to the Room Block.
