To create a multi-room booking, follow the steps below:
Go to Rezlynx, Guest Journey, Reservations, and then Create Multi-room.
Click on Link to add a contact to the booking.
Click on Add Rooms.
On Rate Plan Search screen select:
The arrival date, number of nights, number of adults (per room)
Select the Rate Plan
Enter number of bedrooms for each room type in the # box
Click on Save.
On Confirmation Page, click OK.
On the next screen, complete relevant information by using Set All and Execute.
Once selected, click OK.
Enter Description.
Click on Save.
