Create a new platform user
Due to data protection, we cannot add new users for you. To create a new user profile, follow the steps below:
📌Note: You can only create new users if you have the user permissions to do so, if you don't, please contact your admin user.
On the platform homepage, click Users.
Click the plus + icon, then select the required tenant.
📌Note: If you only have access to one site, this auto-populates for you.
Enter the details:
First name.
Family name.
A unique email address.
Alternatively, clear User has a work email address, then add a username with the format: Surname, first initial, underscore and your site. id. For example: JONESA_HTLGUEST.
Enter a password then confirm the password.
Select the required language, then click Save.
⚠️ Important: Once saved, you can't edit the users email or username. If the information is incorrect, you need to deleted the profile then create a new user.
Edit user permissions to grant access to specific user groups.
Once you've created the profile, the user receives an email to log into the system. If you didn't assign them an email address, you need to send them their username and password. The new user needs to change their password on their initial log in.
