Advanced C&B Enquiries can be created to handle initial event enquiries. The enquiries can be located at any time for review, and can be converted to an event booking or cancelled as required.
Find an event Enquiry via the Event Diary
Use this method if you know the date of the event enquiry.
To find an event Enquiry via the Event Diary, follow the steps below:
Navigate to Rezlynx, Advanced C&B, Event and select Diary.
Select the Date of the event enquiry and Refresh the diary.
A clock symbol shows on any dates with event Enquiries. Select the clock symbol to view all enquiries for that date.
Click on the Enquiry Ref hyperlink to navigate to the Enquiry.
Find an event Enquiry via Search/Create Enquiry
Use this method to return a list of enquiries based on your search parameters.
To find an event Enquiry via Search/Create Enquiry, follow the steps below:
Navigate to Rezlynx, Advanced C&B, Event and select Search/Create Enquiry.
Search for the event enquiries using one or a combination of the following search parameters:
Assigned to - the user or Coordinator that this enquiry was previously allocated to.
Contact Method - preferred Contact Method, for example phone or email.
Enquiry Ref - enter the enquiry number if you know it.
Status - open – enquiry still logged, closed - end of enquiry, and converted – event now going ahead.
Created Date - search by the date the enquiry was created in the system.
Surname – Contact’s surname.
Chase Date - Search by the date you need to chase.
Email Address - Contact’s email address.
Include previous dates - tick to include historical dates.
Order by - select from the drop-down to add a specific order to the results shown.
Limit - You can limit the results to a specific number of records
Click Search to show the report results.
Click on the Enquiry Ref hyperlink to navigate to the Enquiry.
