Advanced C&B Enquiries can be created to handle initial event enquiries. The enquiries can be located at any time for review, and can be converted to an event booking or cancelled as required.

Event enquiries can be created via Search/Create enquiry or via the Events diary - both options are detailed in this article.

When an enquiry is created, a unique reference number is generated. Quotes can be added for multiple event options, although only one can be converted per enquiry. Custom attributes can be added to enquiries to add additional information as required.

Create an enquiry via Search/Create Enquiry

To create an enquiry via Search/Create enquiry, follow the steps below:

  1. Within Rezlynx, select Advanced C&B, then within the Events menu, select Search/Create Enquiry.

    • Print: By selecting this button in the bottom right corner the user is able to email an enquiry confirmation to the contact.

  7. At the very bottom of the page, you can add a chase date if required, this will be searchable within the enquiries reporting.

Troubleshooting

  • Quotes: Quotes can be added for multiple event options, although only one can be converted per enquiry.

  • Notes: If the enquiry is converted, any notes entered will be converted to the event except enquiry notes.

  • Event template: You cannot attach an event template to an enquiry, or onto it post-conversion.

  • Check lists: Check lists for enquiries will not feed to the checklist report until it is converted. Once the enquiry is converted it will then show on the event check list.
