Guestline Advanced C&B: Enquiries Logs

You can use this report to view activity on Advanced C&B event enquiries, in a few simple steps.

Overview of the Report

This report shows activity on Advanced C&B Enquiries including who made the enquiry, when it was created, and any changes made to it since.


How to run the report

To run the report, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Rezlynx, Help, C&B Logs, Enquiries.

  2. Select one or more of the report filters to narrow the search criteria. The report filters include:

    • Date From - click to type date or select icon to search the calendar to select date.

    📌 Note: Logs are stored for 18months please keep this in mind when selecting a Date to search from.

    • Date To - click to type date or select icon to search the calendar to select date.

    • Entry Type - leave this blank to return all entry types or select from the drop-down menu.

    • Reference - to find a specific enquiry enter ENQ followed by the unique enquiry reference or leave blank to return all.

    • Display By - sorts the results by Date by default or change this by selecting from the drop-down.

    • Operator - leave this blank to return all operators, or select specific system users as required.

  3. Click Refresh to view the report on screen, or click the View drop-down to select the output format.

📌 Note: The report filters do not save, and will return to their default settings once you have navigated away from this page.


Report output

In the report output, the columns from left to right show the date (DD/MM/YYYY) and time the action was completed, the unique enquiry reference, option number to show actions specific to the enquiry option, Pick No shows the option number selected on the enquiry, operator is the user account that performed the action, entry type, and Description of the changes made. Changes made are clearly shown in the Description, with an entry stating "was altered from [ ] to [ ]".

Export to any of the available formats does not retrieve any additional information.


Report terminology guide

Profile Ref - shows the unique people profile linked to the enquiry.

[ ] - the square brackets contain system data.

False or True - indicates whether a checkbox is selected (True) or not selected (False).
