Custom Pages allow hoteliers to create branded, informational pages directly within the GuestStay guest portal. These pages help guests find essential information and access bookable services at any point during their stay, while giving properties clear insight into guest engagement.
📌Note: Custom Pages is fully self‑service. No technical skills, developer support, or Guestline involvement is required for this feature.
Typical use cases
Hoteliers commonly use Custom Pages to share:
WiFi credentials and connection instructions.
Restaurant menus and reservation links.
Spa treatment lists with booking links.
Golf course information and green fees.
Local area guides and attraction recommendations.
Hotel facilities information, such as pool opening hours, gym access, or parking details.

Navigate to Custom Pages
Within Guestline PMS, select Menu.
Select GuestStay.
Under Configuration, select Custom Pages.
Review existing pages
Once in Custom Pages, you can:
View all existing Custom Pages in a single list.
For each page, you can see engagement analytics, including:
Views per day.
Call to action (CTA) clicks per day.
Total views.
Total clicks.
Active days.
Last updated
There is no limit to the number of Custom Pages a property can create.
Drag and drop rows to reorder pages. The new order appears immediately in the guest menu.
Review the Guest View Preview panel at the bottom of the screen to see how pages appear in the guest portal. This is useful for demonstrations and customer calls.
Create a new Custom Page
Click Create new page.
Enter a page name.
Select an icon from the available icon library.
Click into the content box to add content using the CMS Editor options, including:
Headings.
Bullet points.
Links.
Images.
Optional step: Add a call‑to‑action (CTA) button, enter:
Button text, such as Book a table.
A destination URL, such as a restaurant, spa, or golf booking system.
Click Add Image to select or upload an image.
Click Translations in the top right to add your own translation or use AI assistance. Click Apply when complete.
Once completed, click Submit. The page immediately appears as a named menu item in the GuestStay guest portal.
Custom Pages appear alongside standard sections such as Reservation, Pre Check‑In, and Room.
Guests can open Custom Pages at any point during their stay.
Edit or delete pages
From the Custom Pages list, select a page to edit and select the Editicon.
You can update content, links, images, translations, or remove the page entirely.
Once completed, click Submit. All changes take effect immediately in the guest portal.
To delete a page, from the Custom Pages list, select the deleteicon, then select Delete to confirm your choice.
⚠️Important: Deletions and edits are not shown in System logs.
Monitor guest engagement
Guest engagement is tracked automatically for every page.
Use the analytics shown in the Custom Pages list to understand how guests interact with each page, including how often pages are viewed and how frequently CTA buttons are clicked.
