What is a Friendly URL
A Friendly URL in Access Evo is a simplified, easy-to-read web address that replaces long, technical links, making pages easier to understand, remember and share.
Your friendly URL is provided by your consultant during the onboarding process but can also be located using the steps below.
Locate the Friendly URL link
Your Friendly URL is provided by your consultant during the onboarding process. If it has been mislaid, you can view it in Access Evo.
⚠️Important: You can view your organisation’s Friendly URL if you are an Access Evo Administrator. If you are not, please contact someone in your organisation who has this permission.
To find your properties' Friendly URL link, follow the steps below:
Within Access Evo, go to your user icon in the top right.
Select Organisation Settings, as shown below:
Scroll down to Organisation URL.
Copy the Friendly link shown.
Share the Friendly URL with your team
Never share usernames or passwords, however the Friendly URL is safe to share and helps your team reach the correct Access Evo login page every time.
Encourage team members to bookmark the Friendly URL in their browsers. This makes it:
Faster for everyone to open Access Evo each day.
Easier to recognise the correct login page, which reduces mistakes that can delay access.
More secure because staff are less likely to use unverified links from emails or search engines.
Less likely that users will visit similar or outdated pages that do not belong to your organisation.
Bookmark the Friendly URL
Each browser lets users save pages so they can return to them quickly. Ask team members to:
Open the Friendly URL in their browser.
Click the browser button to add a bookmark or favourite.
Choose a clear name such as Access Evo or Evo login.
Save the bookmark where it is easy to find, such as the bookmarks bar.
Once saved, staff can access Evo in one click, helping your organisation stay secure and making day‑to‑day access more efficient.
