You can access Guestline Evo features on mobile devices through the Access Evo app, which provides push notifications, Copilot assistance, and full integration with Guestline Rezlynx PMS in a few simple steps.

What is Access Evo mobile?

With Access Evo mobile, you can create Copilot prompts, receive notifications when a feed item occurs, and monitor core business activities on the go! Access Evo mobile has the same functionality as the desktop version, allowing you to get assistance wherever you are. The app is available on Android and iOS for all Access Evo customers.

How to download and set up the Mobile App

To download and set up the Access Evo Mobile App, follow the steps below:

  1. On your mobile device, download the application from either:

    • App Store - for iOS devices.

    • Google Play - for Android devices.

  2. Install and open the application.

  3. Log in using their existing Access Evo credentials.

  4. Enable push notifications for real-time alerts when prompted.


Navigating the Mobile interface

The app features a footer with four key options as seen below:

The four key options are:

Feed - you can view all feed notifications and take immediate action by accepting or rejecting items directly from your mobile device, as shown below:

When a new feed item is created, it will also trigger a push notification, keeping you informed in real time:

Copilot - you can access the Copilot assistant to ask questions, instantly access key performance insights and receive real-time access to support articles, as shown below:

Products – you can access all of your mobile-friendly Access products in one place, as shown below:

Once you’ve opened Guestline, you will have access to the mobile-friendly version of the PMS and still see the Access footer remains on screen, allowing continued use of Feed and CoPilot in just a click.

  • More – you can view login details, check for updates, and sign out of the app.
